White Mutton Pulao Recipe | Eid Special Recipe By Spice Bite

Celebrate Eid with this rich, aromatic White Mutton Pulao – a royal dish full of subtle flavors, tender meat, and perfectly cooked basmati rice. Unlike traditional biryani, this pulao is made without turmeric or red chili powder, giving it a beautiful white appearance and a delicately spiced flavor.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />-Mutton – 800 grams<br />-Yogurt – 1/2 Cup ( Dahi )<br />-Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp ( Adrak , Leshun paste)<br />-Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tbsp ( Kali Mirch )<br />-Coriander Seeds Powder – 1 Tbsp ( Dahian Powder )<br />-Fennel Seeds Powder – 1/2 Tbsp ( Saunf)<br />-Salt – 1/2 Tbsp ( Namak )<br />-Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tbsp<br />-Cinnamon Stick –2 Inches ( Darchini )<br />-Mace – 2 Piece ( Javitari )<br />-Star Anise – 2 ( Badiyan Ka phool )<br />-Black Cardamom – 4 ( Bari Elaichi )<br />-Cloves – 8 ( Laung )<br />-Green Cardamom 4 ( Hari Elaichi )<br />-Cumin Seeds 1 tsp<br />-Water –4 Cup ( Pani )<br />-Cooking Oil –1/2 Cup<br />-Onion Sliced 1 + 1/2 cup (Pyaz )<br />-Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp ( Adrak , Leshun )<br />-Green Chilies 1/2 cup or as per taste ( Hari Mirch )<br />-Yogurt 1/4 cup ( Dahi )<br />-Fennel Seeds Powder – 1/2 Tbsp<br />-Cumin Powder 1/2 tbsp ( Zeera )<br />-Salt 1 tbsp ( Namka ) Or as per taste<br />-Sliced Tomatoes – 3 Medium Sized ( Tamatar )<br />-Green + red Chilies – 2 -4 <br />-Coriander Leaves ( Hara dhania )<br />-Chopped Mint Leaves ( Podian )<br />-Grated Nutmeg – 1/4Tsp ( Jaifal )<br />-Water – 5 Cups ( pani )<br />-Soaked Rice – 3 Cups<br />-Fried Onion <br />-Chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves <br />-Chopped Coriander Leaves<br /><br /><br /><br />Direction For Cooking :<br /><br /><br />-Take two bowl and add equally whole spices in bowls and set aside .<br />-Take another bowl add mutton add salt , coriander powder , fennel powder , garam masala , black pepper powder , ginger , garlic paste ,yogurt mix it well and marinate for 1 hour .<br />-Soak the rice for 30 mins.<br />-Take a pressure cooker add marinated mutton add water and cook for 15 -20 mins until mutton is cooked 90 % Done.<br />-Take a wok add cooking oil sliced onion and remaining whole spices and cook until translucent then add ginger , garlic paste , green chilies and cook for 2- 3 mins .<br />-Add cooked mutton and cook until oil separates then add yogurt , fennel powder , cumin powder , salt , sliced tomatoes and fresh coriander, cook for 3 -5 mins more.<br />-Take a nutmeg grate it and cook for 2 mins.<br />-Add water mix well and let it boil .<br />-Add soaked rice and green , red chilis mix well, cook on medium flame until water almost dry then add fresh coriander , mint leaves , fried onion cover and cook for 10 -15 mins on low flame.<br />-Flip the rice to remove the steam.<br />-Serve with raita and salad .<br /><br /><br />Don’t forget to LIKE, COMMENT, and SUBSCRIBE for more easy and tasty recipes every day.<br /><br /><br />Subscribe for more delicious recipes<br /><br />@SpiceBitebysara<br />MUSIC BY AUDIO BEATS<br /><br />#WhiteMuttonPulao #MuttonPulao #EidRecipe #EidSpecial #EidFood<br />#TraditionalRecipe #DesiFood #HomemadePulao #PulaoRecipe<br />#MuttonRecipes #spicebitebysara
